Each 1-hour session can cover two topics, and each 1.5-hour session can cover three. All sessions are customizable to suit the learner’s needs and interests.
For parents:
- What to expect in the hospital during labor and delivery
- What to expect in the hospital during postpartum
- Medicinal and non-medicinal pain management for labor
- How to make your hospital delivery as home-like as possible
- Helpful tips and suggestions for the support person
- Breastfeeding basics
- Baby care basics
For big siblings (5 years and older):
- Big sibling basics (how to hold baby, swaddle baby, change baby’s diaper, and feed baby with a bottle)

Price: $60/1 hour or $75/1.5 hours
Location: sessions are offered online (via Zoom) or in person for learners within the Chicago-land area
