Hi! My name is Faith, and I have a passion for teaching and all things pregnancy-related. It has been my honor and privilege to work as a registered nurse in women’s health. I have 3 years of bedside experience in antepartum, labor and delivery, and postpartum; and I have 2 years of nursing experience in health education, administration, and advocacy. Recently, I completed my Childbirth Educator certification through ProDoula.
I have worked with patients and their families who have done all levels of preparation for their newest arrival, including parents who did not read a single book or take a single class to parents who spent hours reading every single thing they could lay their hands on. What I’ve learned throughout my career is that no matter your background, experience, or how you prepare, education is power.
I love to teach, and I love to support and encourage. The experience I offer to you is unique and valuable because, unlike other childbirth education sessions, I offer you 1:1 support as well as a nurse’s perspective. My goal is to help soon-to-be parents, support people, and even big siblings to the best of my ability.
Instead of fretting over all the unknowns, gain some peace of mind by sitting down 1:1 with an educated and experienced nurse and educator who wants nothing more than to help and guide you!
